2010 Rates

All of our cottages are fully modern, spacious and well-equipped with hot and cold running water, electric heat, private bath with shower and/or tub, basin and toilet, fridge and stove. Cooking utensils and fresh, clean linen are supplied with each cottage. Towels are changed mid-week.

Minimum 5-night stays are required from May 16 to July 15, beginning or ending on a Saturday
Minimum 3-night stays are required thereafter
Provincial and Federal sales taxes are extra

Housekeeping Cabin Rates

2 Bedroom Cabins: #2, 6 & 7 based on 4 people	minimum $300.00 U.S. per night
3 Bedroom Cabins: #1, 3, 4 & 5 based on 6 people	minimum $450.00 U.S. per night
4 Bedroom Cabins: #8 based on 8 people	minimum $600.00 U.S. per night
Additional People	$75.00 U.S. per person per night
Kids 16 and Under	$37.00 U.S. per child per night
Advanced Deposit Required	$150.00 U.S per person

Boat and Motor Rentals

Rates per boat per day
18’ boat w/20 h.p. motor	$100.00 U.S.
17.5’ boat w/40 h.p. motor	$175.00 U.S.
Boat & motor insurance
Daily insurance rate	$25.00 U.S.
Weekly insurance rate	$120.00 U.S.
Boat launching and docking fee
per boat, per stay	$45.00 U.S.

Optional Daily Fly-out Trips

Rates are per person, based on parties of 2 or more. Includes boat and motor rental.
Smallmouth Bass	$145.00 U.S.
Lake Trout, Muskie, Northern	$235.00 U.S.
Berens River	$295.00 U.S.

Special Notes

Rates are quoted in U.S. funds · Provincial and Federal sales tax extra · Deposits are non-refundable but transferrable to available dates in the same calendar year · Reservations will be confirmed when a full deposit has been received · Full deposits must be received within two weeks of booking to confirm your trip · All days reserved must be paid for in full at time of departure

Guests arriving before their 3 pm check-in time are subject to a $100 early arrival fee.

Our dining room is now serving breakfast, coffee & juice.

A 9 hole golf course at One Man Lake Lodge:

	Would be great to play a round after a day on the water!
	I may or may not play a round during my stay.
	I wouldn't use it.
