These forms are for use by groups who have a confirmed booking for a fishing trip to a fly in outpost. Completion of these items will help us to give you a great fly in fishing trip!

FISHING LICENSE FORM: Please complete the information for each member in your group and mail or fax to our office at least THREE WEEKS prior to your scheduled arrival date and we will have your fishing licenses ready when you arrive. This is an important task for your group to complete before arrival so that we can expedite your departure from River Air to your outpost lake.

HOW ARE YOU ARRIVING: Whether you are driving to River Air in Minaki, flying to Winnipeg International Airport, or arriving by some other means of transportation, we request that All GROUPS of anglers fill out the Arrival form so that we may better plan for your transportation needs. This is especially important for those arriving and departing on commercial flights! Please do not assume that we automatically know your travel plans!

SATELLITE TELEPHONE RENTAL: If you wish to rent a satellite phone while at your outpost, please call us to reserve, then fill out the information and mail or fax to us. We have only a limited number of satellite phones available, and they are first come, first served. Please note that cellular telephones do not work at our outposts as they are REMOTE!

MEAL PROVISIONING FORM: This form is for use ONLY by those groups that wish to have meal provisioning while at our outposts. Please give us a call to book your meal provisioning, then fill out the meal provisioning planning forms. The meal provisioning forms must be faxed or mailed back to us at least THREE WEEKS prior to your scheduled arrival date.
